State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by amazon but still no refund is received

Respected Sir,
I have ordered BOULT AUDIO AIRBASS PROPODS on Date 9 APRIL 2021 Oder id[protected] . I have returned the product on Date 14 APRIL 2021 . But i have not received my refund.
Amazon initiated the refund on 14 APRIL 2021. It was expected to come on 23 April 2021.
Amazon gave me the reference id[protected] but the STATE BANK OF INDIA (SBI) has still not credited my refund money. My registered mobile number with SBI is [protected]

Please look into the matter and help me as soon as possible this is urgent.
