State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but still not get

I ordered( PHILOSHOP Multipurpose Waterproof Collapsible Shoe Rack 12 Layer Non-woven Fabric Stainless Steel Adjustable Shoe Rack with Cover for Office and Home Use (Black)) order id[protected], on 9th march 2021 and received on 16th March 2021 but due to some quality issue I returned the product on 17th March 2021
Amazon intiate refund on 17th March 2021, it was expected to come within 7 days, they give me a reference id[protected] but state bank of india still not credit my money.
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible.
