State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon but still not received in SBI account

I have ordered a product from Amazon of rupees 150 after applying discount rupees 142.5 on 8th April 2021 and cancelled the product on the same day because of delivery address. I have paid rupees 142.5 using my sbi debit card.
I have cancelled the order but not received the refund yet and from Amazon side it is said that the refund has already been initiated on 9 April 2021with REFERENCE NO. 237095. But I haven't received the refund in my SBI account till today that is 16 April 2021.
I have contacted SBI customer care regarding this but they have not give any solution.
Please help me to refund this refund.
