State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by Amazon.in but amount not credited in the account

Dear Team,
I had purchased shoes from amazon.in on 16th May 2021 which were delivered on 19th May 2021. I returned the product which was picked up on 21st May 2021 and refund was initiated on the same day which was supposed to be credited in my account till 26th May 2021 but yet the amount in not credited. I contacted sbi customer care as well as visited branch also but they are carelessly denying and asking me to contact to amazon. Please look into the issue. Below are the details :-
