I had order a few items from amazon(Order ID[protected] .Due to some transit issue order not being delivered, Amazon has already initiated a refund against it . It's been now a week the amount is not reflected into my personal savings a/c.
I had contacted the amazon customer center and they informed me that the amount has already been credited, but the bank has not activated it into my a/c.
I have attached you the screenshot of an email which has been sent to me by AMAZON, this may help you to understand better . It'S my request, look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible .
