State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated by makemytrip but not yet credited in account

My flight booking was cancelled by the airlines and they have already initiated the refund process on 19th april 2021. They have also provided the RRN number[protected]. Please kindly help me with this refund. The makemytrip has stated that it will be credited into my sbi account within 2 days, but its already 8 days over and I cant go to bank due to pandemic lockdown. So I request to go through my RRN number.
