State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated from amazon..but did not credit to my account

I bought a pair of shoes from amazon with pay on delivery method...when I received, the size was too large and returned it...it’s been 2-3 weeks since I’ve returned the product and they say the refund is initiated and it’s not credited to my bank account
