State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated of 10000 rupees by amazon but still not received

I have paid 10, 000 Rupees to the amazon pay balance for the bill payment of the credit card. But according to the new rule of RBI, I can't pay credit card bills from amazon pay balance. After that, I have requested amazon for a refund of my 10, 000 Rupees. After my request, they initiated my refund on[protected].
But still not received the money.
Please see the issue and please take the appropriate step.
