State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund initiated, reference number(ARN) given, but amount not credited.

There was a refund initiated on my account of Rupees 5442 on 9th of June 2021 on account of cancelling an order(item - computer cabinet, date of placing the order-5th june, Date of cancellation - 8th june, Merchant name- MD computers, Kolkata), it has been more than 10 days but the amount has not yet been credited, the merchant has given me an ARN (30001011611156210914226) to track it and told me to contact the branch with the same, however branch is refusing to do anything with the number,

Even Contacted the payment gateway and they also gave me the ARN number which bank has no idea about, i have attached all the relevant mails, please check their respective dates.
