I had used my sbi debit card for emi account for purchasing redmi note 5 on flipkart on 15th may, 2018. I had returned the product, but my emi account was not closed. I raised a complaint with flipkart and they said they had transferred the amount into my account on 11th july, 2018 so that i can close it. They provided me with refund reference number. However, the said amount is not reflected till now in my bank account. I have been paying installments for two months for the product which i even did not purchase. I repeatedly contacted my branch sbi tonk road, jaipur but they are not resolving my problem. I went to submit the charge back form, but they refused to accept it. The branch officials seem clueless and are unable to help. I request for immediate resolution of my complaint.
Details of transaction are:-
Date of order with flipkart - 15th may, 2018
Payment date of rupees 8730 to flipkart - 15th may, 2018
Refund date by flipkart - 2nd july, 2018, 05:26 pm.
Refund credited into my account as claimed by flipkart is on 11th july, 2018.
Refund bank transaction number - in[protected]
