State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund money of cancellation of e-ticket did not deposit in my account

My name is pradeep nitharwal. My two e-tickets cancelled but i could not get refund money of these tickets in my account. According to railway, refund money sent to the respective bank. Pnr no these tickets are under down.

Sir,
Refund money of first ticket (PNR No- [protected]) was deposited in my account.
But refund money of second ticket(PNR No-[protected]) was not deposited yet.
