State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund not been processed

Sub:refund amount from amazon is not been credited.

I supposed to get the refund rs.7749. Amazon processed my refund on july 27th of 2018. Supposed to be credited by august 2nd 2018. Still now its not been credited to my account. Called amazon and sbi customer care. No resukt at all. Can you please suggest me what needs to be done.

Amazon refund reference number is 709749.
