State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not credited for a cancelled order from Amazon in my account

My name is Rajesh Maithil and I had ordered HP 14s fq-1029au laptop of RS.Amount 14, 990 in Amazon on 15th of May 2021 and after that they cancelled my order on 20th of May 2021 from their side and initiated the refund
Amazon refunded the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
910415 and told me to fill charge dispute on customer care but they refused to do that. So
please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.
