State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not credited on time. | |||
Sir, I have ordered a product worth rs.9999 on amazon(order no.[protected] on 01 june 2021, due to some issues i returned it back on 06 june 2021.Amazon initiated my refunds on 08 june 2021( refrence no.[protected].But i have not received my refunds into my bank account till date.I contacted sbi customer care but didn't got any satisfactory response.I also sent a mail to branch manager of sbi bank 44 pac hapur road meerut on bank's email id sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in. but didn't got their response till date.
