State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not issue in my account Amazon to sbi account

My sbi branch name singanpor couzway road 18698 is branch coad and main office of sbi in mumbai

I canceled my order from Amazon and Amazon issue my refund on 22 march, but I not get my refund in my account yet after 30 days above. I give payment through Amazon pay. Refund Amount is 1169 rs. And refund reference number is[protected]. My refund amount stuck at sbi please help to get my refund.
