State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not processed

Address: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, 262406

Actully sir there is refund of 238 rupes by amazone which has been processed successfully on 8/5/2017. The amount should reflect in my sbi account by 12/5/2017. But the amount is not reflect in my acount by today.
The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 2.653e+11.
My acount num is [protected]
I called amazone also and they say that i hv to give authrisation code to my bank and bank will solve my query.
I hope they say right and bank help me.
