State Bank Of India [SBI] — Refund not received into the account

My name is Rajeev and I am from Bihar. My complaint is that I have not received my refund from Amazon which was initiated by Amazon on[protected] . It's been 5 days but still I have not yet received it. My debit card in which the refund was to be initiated is connected with the state bank of india (SBI). I have the screenshot of the mail which was sent to me by Amazon and I am sending it into the photo section of the complaint. That screenshot shows the refund reference number as well.
Sir/ma'am, it's my humble request to you, please check it out urgently.
