Dear Customercare,

I need your urgent action on this complaint. I have paid 1512.75/- for two times through punjab national bank rupay Debit Card. Both time payment got deducted from my account but Payment status was shown Failed.

Not able to reach the SBI customer care. I tried calling the number[protected]. But the number is always engaged. It is quite frustrating. I have already sent many email to customercare.[protected]@sbi.co.in as mentioned in the passport seva site. But absolutely no response.
