I have paid my passport fees through syndicate bank debit card on 23rd march 2017. The transaction was failed twice. The amount was deducted twice. I called the customer care several times and they informed me to contact sbi. I have sent them several mails but have not received any reply. I also tried their bank number but no response from their end. Is sbi is having such bad process and infrastructure in its core banking? Mr. Modi is asking everyone to use digital transaction. Even people with highest computer literacy are struggling to get back our paid amount, what will happen to illiterate people? When i spoke to customer service at passport kendra, they are telling it is sbi issue and they have to resolve. To whom do i need to contact now to get back my amount. Very bad experience and don't know about sbi & passport office taking a joy ride on their customers in india.
Its been more than 2 months and still i have not received my refund amount
Please reverse and refund the money asap.
