I am a senior citizen having an account with SBI-Khardah(1899) branch for last 30 years.
On 21.6.17 I submitted four forms to do NEFT/RTGS from Narkeldanga Branch, kolkata to other banks located at kolkata.
When I approached counter, the official directed me to the relationship manager for permission. When I approached the relationship manager-on the duty-he straightaway denied to do on the ground that you have to transfer money from your home branch only.
Presently in the age of CBS-I could not understand how a bank official can refuse at his own choice.
I request you to inform me the right reason of denial to do the job. If official is at fault-he may p.l be instructed to rectify.
