State Bank Of India [SBI] — refuse of print passbook of my wife

I went sbi balotra main branch 10175 today dated 26 july 2017 time 11.00 i want to print my wife sbi pass book a/c number [protected]. Counter clerk tell me if you want to print this, give authority letter. Then i tell him that i stay hear from half an hour, you also print other person passbook, which your staff give inside without queue. After this one person from parihar and company come in manager cabin, he make her five passbook print from counter with personal relation of counter clerk. This is diffrent behavior from customers.
