Sub :on account of refusing to register my mobile number.
I want to register a complaint against state bank of india nagaland, wokha branch.
I had applied for change of registered mobile no. To my home branch. But after a lapse of one month or so, i could not get it done.
I had applied on january, 2017 and no response, had applied on february 2017 no response, had applied on march 2017 but no response. I am sick of it. This is too much beyond the barrier. They should have to treat every customer well as per to the law and order and its has been 4 months my number has not been registered.
So sir, i kindly petition you to teach a lesson to the bank employees and solve this matter without any deferment.
I notice that they are not working sincerely, and not treating a customer well.
