State Bank Of India [SBI] — Reg personal loan prepayment charge

Sir, I m crpf person and belongs to PMSP account with SBI. I was taken xpress credit loan from sbi since feb-2016. But at this time in to date I want paid loan amount but bank is making a 3% charge of prepayment against me. But earlier no intimation is given by me during taking of loan. Just I want know from you I m applicable or not applicable for payment of prepayment charge during the close of our loan account.

I submit an request application to your branch( Branch code 02193, Ammapettai- 638 311, Erode D.T, Tamil Nadu) for Convert my Sb account(a.c No : [protected]) into State govt employees salary account on 07.01.2017.
But my account has not been converted Since the above date.

I cant receive my debit card no, so my card was stop for this reason so please restart my debit card ...
