Please give a detail explanation for the the amount deducted from my account [protected] on 19/09/2017 for the reasons surcharge/tips/rate diff dtd. And please stop cheating us by your hidden charges. Please notify us that u will charge so and so for using such kind of services. If you will charge us like this how can we support the digital payment system. Please refund my amount as earlier as possible. Reply is accepted on urgent basis.

Updated by nikhilkankariya I just received a call from the number [protected] saying that the are calling from sbi and asks me to give details of my debit card, how can we trust from such call that it is from the sbi bank, i also told him to reply to my mail but the person says that he will not revert to it and says that we will call u regarding this in future. Not really happy with the service of the sbi bank.

Which says the indias largest bank.

Please rever to this as earlier as possible.
