State Bank Of India [SBI] — Regarding high home loan

Respected sir, I anupam Gupta account no [protected] home loan. I am asking to bank for higher rate of interest in my account ie 9.65 % per annum. That is too much higher than normal home loan the other bank, please check my account and change my rate of interest and the extra interest which bank already refund in my account.
