There has been a fraud transaction of rs. 45000 from my sbi simply save credit card on 3rd of december. I have filled a complain without waisting a single minute. I was having no fund in my account to pay for that fraud transaction so sbi bsnk's customer care executive told me that bank will give you temperory credit until the despute has been resolved. The maximum time period of resolving such disputes is 120 days. So in my case it should have been resolved by 3rd april. As per info by sbi executive i have got no temporary credit till march end. So they kept on charging late fee, insufficient fund, interested on that amount.
Meanwhile there was no information from sbi side regarding this matter. Their chargeback team replies only when you send an email.in may dispute was resolved in my favour. And that interest they charged still showedup in my bill. Again i filled a complaint. They said they have waived half of the amount on my interest. And when i checked my account the unbilled amount i. E. Has been increased from approx 5k and 6k. I am really fed up, its been 6 months. They are harrassing customers. Please help me out!
