Today i. E. 29.09.2017 at about 10:20a. M., i visited in your sbi bank, br. Mini secretariat, rewari (Hr.) regarding banking transaction on green channel in my a/c [protected]. Firstly the concerned employee denied me that server not responding then i requested to check connectivity again but he did not give any response, after that the manager heard about the incident he himself stand-up his seat and check the connectivity and re-start the machine and then i got transaction and stay in queue for cash.in between i went to manager for some query regarding my account and within a few minute i came back to concerned employee for taking cash on my transaction. The five more persons was also at that counter and i requested him to complete my transaction but he did not take any heed and i again requested him that i have done my transaction ten minute ago and i went to manager for some query, then he say me with rudely "to cash bhi manager se hi lele me to sabhi kam karke baat karoonga peeche jakar wait kar le". The concerned employee knowingly do not start the green channel not helping nature at a public dealing counter and his way of taking is very rudely and wrongful which effect on customers due to bad service and way of taking because the green channel is more best way of transaction without paper and without queue as per govt./rbi instructions. Therefore, you are requested to take a proper action on the default employee and he may be transferred to other non-public dealing seat, so that the work of bank may not suffer.
