Dear sir,
I have booked a ticket from new delhi to hyderabad at kachiguda station (Hyderabad) through debit card.
Details of journey :-
Coach - 3a
Train - telangana express
Source - new delhi
Destination - hyderabad
Cash deducted - 1760/-rs
Cancellation details :-
Cancellation date[protected]
Cancelled at - kachiguda station, hyd.
Cash to be refunded - 1570/-rs
Pnr no.[protected]
This is tenth time i am lodging the complaint & none of the actions have taken from your side.
There was a call from indian railways asking about the complaint i registered, but they didn't respond me after one call.
I even got a message in mail box asking me to forward the details on [protected]@ab.com.in, but there is no such domain found on internet either.
I am writing this complaint on[protected] & i have been thrice to kacheguda station, twice to sbi bank & also andhra bank to know the processing of my refund.
As per customer care, it shall take 5 to 7 working days for returning the money, but it has taken almost 5 months of now & still counting.
The andhra bank manager told me, that the transaction has been sent to my bank from their side. I am requesting you to please check this out.
Kindly, refund my money as soon as possible.
I am attaching a andhra bank receipt which i got at station while making the cancellation.
