My father has deposited Rs 50, 000(Fifty Thousand) to his PPF account(No [protected]) on 7th Feb, 2018. But branch employee has deposited only Rs 5000(Five thousand) to his PPF account on 14th Feb, 2018(last financial year). I raised complaint with complaint id [protected]. But the same has been closed with resolution as "Transaction recorded are correct" without any confirmation from us. I have attached statement copy, Rs 50, 000 deposit receipt, complaint resolution screen shot. Kindly look at the screen shots attached and revert if Transaction recorded are correct as per resolution provided against raised complaint. Issue is pending since last month and still resolution is pending. We have to bear income tax because branch employee made mistake of non-deposit of 45000 in last financial year and bank system don't allow to deposit money in past dates. I am asking them to pay 45000+ interest only. But still they are unable to resolve problem since last month. We found transaction mistake when we looked in passbook. About 4-5 month, bank kept 45000 rupees in bank account. This is how government is keeping our money safe in bank?
