Dear sir,

I had applied for a Sbi Air India Platinum card. A lady executive called me up and promised me that definitely you will get the credit card to ur residence.

I got one message from SBI - Please give us 11 working days to process your application .But when i checked online its showing

"We regret to inform you that your SBI Card Application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time."

I have given all the documents .Please tell me what are the reasons for rejecting my application.

My grandparents got calls from [protected]..his name rahul sharma .. senior officer in S.B.I Mumbai as per parents.. they were asking about account no. And told that u have insurance in s.b.I.. I called on that no. They told these things to me..than I felt something wrong ..so I want to know ..is this fraud call?
