State Bank Of India [SBI] — Release of arrears of pension/family pension as per 7th pay commission

PPO/9192/O.G/Guj. Despite submission of authorisation issued by AG-Guj and AG Karnataka, the arrears of pension wef 1-1-2016 is yet to be settled by CPPC Bangalore. The request letter with all documents were submitted during Oct 2020. The Bank has not even bothered to respond to repeated reminders.
Infact there has been major lapse by CPPC while releasing initial family pension also
