State Bank Of India [SBI] — Request for cash return

Dear Sir,
My name is Sourav Kumar samanta and i am customer o[censored]nion bank of india and my Account Number is [protected].
On 7/3/17 i was withdrawal cash from Howrah Deuilti(Mellick) S.B.I ATM counter of Rs.5000 at 9.26p.m and the Terminal Id is S10A[protected], Tracenumber is[protected] from card No.[protected].But unfortunately Cash was not received due to ATM machine problem.But the amount was debited from my account.
So i request you to Check and revert amount in to my account no which was given above.
Please solve the problem as soon as possible.
