State Bank Of India [SBI] — Request for kv fees refund

I have paid Rs.2025/- through online for KV fee towards my son ABHAY SHARMA UID No.[protected] from SBI Account and its reference No.ISBI[protected]IGABBOCEJ2 at 03:59:12 PM on 3.4.2017.However, receipt couldn't process. Thereafter I again paid the bill through online vide ref.no.ISBI[protected] for Rs.2025/- at 1040 AM on 5.4.2017 which was success.Hence please refund my amount Rs. 2025/- which I previously paid.

Hi, transaction number ABBCRY9 for the amount 337 recharge is unsuccessful but the amount is debited from bank account please refund the amount.
