Sir/ma'am, A refund of rs.649 was processed by "amazon" in my account on 13 sept, 2017 and as proof they have provided me with reference no.[protected] sent from "deustch" bank. So i request you to kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund. Was this information helpful?
