State Bank Of India [SBI] — Require home loan provisional certificate

I have applied for sbi home loan and my home loan account no is ac no [protected].

I require home loan provisional certificate. Can you send me the certificate by e-mail in the address [protected]@gmail.com

I require the home loan certificate for the tax purpose. I have sent many e-mail requests to email id 'sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in' but i did not get any response. Please do the needful.
