State Bank Of India [SBI] — residual fin charges

I am sbi card holder, my card no. -[protected], i cleared total amount my bill on 20/08/2017 rs 44719/-, before the due date 22/08/2017. I swipe an amont of 765 ruppes on 26/08/2017, but the total amount due pay they charged me the amount 1499/-. I dont why they charged me residual fin charge of amount 596.34/- plz, solve the issue, credit the amont back, otherwise, what is the problem reply me.

Dear Team,
Today morning i have withdraw 6000 Rs from Agashivnagar, karad, maharashtra ATM and i got 5 notes of 100Rs Cuttorn, pasted by cello tape and dirty notes. Hence request you to take action on high priority and also help to replace faulty notes.

1/9/2017 date i (ap, india)face one pending transaction.the sum is 1520 rupees and receiver at axis bank durgapur west bengal, my town have four branches single cash deposit mission. my account in main brach, no- [protected], name- v v n m prasad, any how our sbi braches staff do favor hdfc, icici, idbi, axis bank side, so it is common.

Had recharge of 285 rs through Bharat qr code in State Bank anywhere app but my amount was deducted but still recharge is not done yet help me .

Received a Email (my no is [protected]@gmail.com) that Rs 1000 paid on Pos Chauruchaura ( txn#346602) through DEBIT CARD 519XX8259.

This debit card DOES NOT BELONG TO ME NEITHER ABOVE PAYMENT RELATED TO ME. Please enquire and do the need full. I had received this tipe of mail earlier also.
