Sir,
I used state bank of india debit card to draw money through idbi atm cell at old ksrtc bus stand, hubli.

I have not yet received any money from idbi atm cel but my account showed me debit of rs.2, 023.60 i have made complaint idbi customer care but he replyed with "we request you to kindly co-ordinate with the your bank in this regards" details as below

Rs 2000 withdrawn from a/c xxxx 4146 on 290817 at idb atm id006912. Txn#[protected]. Avl bal rs 517.32.
Still my problem not solved
