State Bank Of India [SBI] — return of cheque without giving any reason

My saving bank a/c no is [protected]/pcjain
I had issued a cheque no206399 for rs 5 lakh to
My grandson pulkit jain for paymentof his fees
Which was deposited in his icici bank gomtinagar
Lucknow branch a/c no[protected] on 28/07/2017
I got it back today from icici bank giving reason
Kindly contact drawer? Drawee bank and
Present again. Also i was charged rs 177/for return
Of this cheque. Can anybody tell me mistake on my behalf
In my opinion it is gross negligence commited by your
Staff. Pl enquire and do the needful,
