I have visited sbi pillanna branch bangalore to get a dd of rs 5700 in favor of xxxxxx.
I have paid hard saved money to get dd in favor of xxxxx.
Being a nationalized bank they could not able get my dd printed because of printer issue. I revisited there twice still issue not fixed. Being responsible, they should be polite to customer rather being very rude.
Note: i have asked for my money back so that i can get dd in any other branch. They said it's possible however i have to pay processing charges which does not make any sense.
I have wasted my precious time and money. Still i have not received neither money nor dd.
I have been told by sbi officer that i can get arranged another 5700 rs and get dd in another branch as it is very small amount. Is this a solution?
Rs 1 or rs 5700 its my hard saved money. Probably its mere amount for them as sbi paying them high salary, whatever they cant comment on my (Public) necessity.
Very much disappointing experience
Writing this email with hopes that this issue will be notified. I am really concerned about the common people how rude they would be treated.
