I am holding an sbi account since 2006. So far i was happy with the service but from last two months it seems like it was a big mistake to open an account with sbi.
I would like to share an incident of 15 may 2017 wherin i wanna transfer my accont so i went to my home branch in pune to do the needfull.
When i enquire what is the procedure to transfer the account the madam who was available help me with the form she was very nice with the service, unfortunately i forgot her name. But the pathetic service start from there when i went at counter number 4 a person at the counter first did not pay attention than send me at the next counter, when i went to the counter showed by the second person that person again send me to the first counter i. E. Counter number 4.
I was very unhappy with this because this cause me trouble as well as i feel like there is no value for me. Finally when i submit the form and asked the person that why did you not take the form in a first instance, why you send me to another counter the reply was very casual and unprofessional he replied what you have to do now..
I have done with my procedure of transfering the account in my so called home branch. But i have been told that the rest of formalities to complete the transfer of account i have to do it from the branch where i need to transfer the account, in that branch which is mahad branch with code 415 also face the similar patethic service.. When i ask the service manager at counter 8 he said if you are not happy than close the account and service with the bank.. I think rather saying this he should regret of his service and make me assure that we will give you the best service.
Yet my account is not transfer..
I have taken out my valuable time to share my dissatisfaction with the service of bank, i hope that whoever is authorize will take a action and will do the needfull.
