State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi atm time out & i didnt get money

Address: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, 452001

I didnt get money while sbi atm has time out issue and my account has deducted 500 rs... Also atm didnt provide me receipt.. When i checked it from my internet banking account it shows 500 rs deducted with transaction id & sbi branch... When i call in sbi care they informed that this is invalid transaction id & they cant do anything. Soooo now what can i do, i checked transaction id is valid & showed in my internet banking account

Dear sir,

I received a SMS with transaction of 705.23 for subscription of Amazon prime membership on 04 May 17, which was not purchased by me.
Therefore I request you investigate the matter and remove the charges view fraud transaction by firm. It is further requested that necessary action against firm for fraud transaction be taken.

i went to sbi bank anand, gujarat branch and ask to i want to open new account and the staff said come after 10 days because now our all staff on leave,

dear sir tell me is there any national holiday in gujarat, india so sbi bank staff on leave,

Iam custemer of sbi . kuch dino se ministate men amount k sath special code me uska discription diya ja raha hai sabhi vivaran samajh me aata hai siway us code k .yadi bank ke dwara charges kiya jata hai to uska vivran bhi clear hona chahie write tick k sath photo underline kar submit kiya ja raha hai.

I have jandhan acctt no[protected] in sbi 06532 agra they have turned my acctt into csp/ac
ATM is useless not for on line work and neither net banking nor mobile banking is being provided
What's the use of this acctt?
Why they call it csp/ac. I'm not a employee of any firm
