Subject:charge dispute "refund never processed"

Dear sir,

A refund of 14, 336 rupees was successfuly processed on 23 september 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now but i have not receice the refund till now.
My account no. Is [protected] and my name is anam irfan

I have called the state bank of india service and give them refund reference number 921326 but no body resolved the problem. No action is been taken.

I have confirmed with amazon they have successfuly processed the refund
