Hi, i have used my sbi credit card for online purchasing on 12 january 2017 with 0% emi facility. However later i got to know that the facility was not working and it did not get converted to emi. Whereas while making the purchase it was clearly stated that it had emi facility with 0%interest. I have been following up with sbi card customer care to rectify it but nothing has been done yet, except false promises. I have been paying the minimum due amount for my card to avoid scarring my credit history, but this is prolonging without any resolution yet. I have spoken to 10 different customer care executives and supervisors who tells me they've been working on it and also accepts the mistake from their side. However nothing has been done yet and everyday i keep getting calls from recovery department inspite of explaining them them the whole situation. I was also told that my remaining outstanding amount will be converted into emi but even that's not been done. I wish to make the payment but not with the extra interest. It's so stressful and also taking a toll on my finances. Please help and resolve this issue as soon as possible. I can furnish more details once my case is being handled.
