A fraud transaction on my primary SBI credit card on Feb 10th, 2018 towards "Old High Court Campus - Gwalior" for Rs.5000. As the card was in my possession all the times and have neither authorized nor participated in the above transaction.
SBI chargeback [dispute] team closed our ticket [Interaction Id- 1-[protected]] stating that they have "received the necessary confirmation from the merchant bank that the cash was indeed dispensed at the time of the transaction. A copy of the ATM log is enclosed for your reference." which confirms there has been a fraud in our account and hence raising the same dispute that we did not withdraw the money and have never set-up a pin to withdraw. Moreover we understand how credit card works for using cash withdrawal.
We would like SBI to investigate further [not by just receiving confirmation from the bank which we already know it happened and is the cause of our dispute] and help us with full refund [withdrawl and the bank charges]
SBI chargeback team do not even bother to reach us via a call/email for any clarifications and just closed our dispute without providing proper reason. Was this information helpful? |
