I have been charged aud 70/- two times and aud 180/- two times last thursday (23rd august) and my sbi card has been blocked. I called customer care for the support and they said it will take minimum of 120 days to investigate the fraud transactions after the submission of transaction dispute form.in the meanwhile if the bill generated means i have to pay the money and if they found the transactions are fraud they will refund. I did not see this as a fair customer service.
Why 120 days??? Why not within a month.
Why their servers are vulnerable to hackers???
I demand investigation and rectification of the fraud transactions immediately.
