I am writing you here complaint against SBI CREDIT CARD DIVISION workers force me to meet them and visited without intimate to me in my office and home address which is really unsafe for me. Latest i received call from MR. SUNIL from parliament street sbi bank as he said and sms my mobile number, Dear mr. mahajan we are nearest in your office so kindly meet us. So i called him and he forced me to meet him once regarding my credit card dues . I said Mr. Sunil meet with me and my lawyer in teeshazari court chamber so he denied, If mr. sunil are genuine sbi person then why don't will be meet.

He called me from [protected] mobile number but as per my legal adviser said bank only calls from registered land lines phone numbers not mobile numbers.

Kindly look this matter seriously rest i will lodge FIR against all this happened.

Updated by bmahajan Today again one surprised comes from your SBI CREDIT CARD WORKER Ms.Preeti whom contact my previous company colleague and disclosed my credit card dues detail with him. As per RBI Guidelines not anyone bank can do this but STATE BANK OF INDIA did this with completely negligence of RBI .

Against this i raised complaint to senior management of SBI Bank with hope getting positive response soon rest if don't than will prepare for file case against in court.

you people such comes with surprised things, Sbi bank your hired recovery agencies officer visited at my residence without intimate to me and harassed my parents and also visited my wife office . When i talked with visited officer and ask why they don't call me before visit than they don't have any answer. I write down this complaint into my legal adviser and will soon suit file case against SBI bank soon.
