SBI has to educate the people who is working in Customer care center, they are not able to provide any kind of help even being asking for many a times. They fail in providing the basic necessary information as well.
I had a query on Phone banking and net banking. Since net banking was not working for me I registered for the phone banking and i dint receive the password at all. So Called the customer care for help. since help desk could not assist me with any answer forwarded my query to second level support. Even then i dint receive any kind of necessary support as the guy was only keep saying we can only provide the information and cant help in any other ways to fix the net banking issue. The most funny thing is he is asking me to reach to SBI branch where my account is there for assistance even after knowing branch closing time. If i need to wait until next day to get my net banking issue fixed then how i would be able to transfer the money during any emergency. Am i suppose to create my emergency situation only during SBI working time... !!?? Is that is the only solution...!!
Second level support are suppose to be senior person with much knowledge to resolve the issues. but i was unable to see the difference between 1st level and 2nd level support.The person whom i was on call with, he had a difficult time in communicating in English so, i decided to talk in his language(Telugu) with what ever i know just to get some help. But he was collecting the information from me and saying the same back to me.. unfortunate nothing really helped me after being in call with more than 1/2 hour.
I request SBI to take necessary action and assist people with proper response.
