State Bank Of India [SBI] — SBI epay service - no update post failed transaction while making NPS contribution

Dear Team,
I was trying to make a voluntary contribution to NPS (National pernsion scheme) through the NPS website for which SBIepay is the payment gateway.
While the amount of Rs 5006.44/- got deducted from my HDFC bank net banking, the SBIepay site displayed a failed transaction.
No revert from helpdesk - I am chasing them since last 3 days.
Request you to please check the current status of the transaction
