With reference to the subject matter, I would like to draw your attention thru the attached application that, as a customer to your esteemed bank, I am pained with inattentive behaviour shown towards my applications for a request of 2 docs for my home loan A/c No [protected].
As you will be able to notice that first request application was submitted almost 2 months back i.e. on 3rd February, 2018 but there has been no response on the same till this moment. On following up twice at the Bank (Mahavirnagar, Kandivali West) branch, I only got an ask for another "top-up" application which also was submitted instantaneously i.e. on 17th March, 2018, to meet the requirement but to no-avail. Agony continues!
I am wondering, whether this is what Best and the Largest Bank is all about? Such a poor service where customer's agony is not even empathised? Herewith I am copying this mail to SBI, Mahavirnagar branch as well to make my complaint legitimate and give them a fair chance to put up their version as well.
After long and painful wait, I had to resort to write this mail directly to your good offices. I request your good offices to investigate the issue and get me a favourable response at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
