State Bank Of India [SBI] — sbi payment gateway related

Address: Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302004

On date 09/05/2018, i used my sbi debit card to add money in paytm wallet of amount rs. 1, 000/- but due to some network problem my fund was not added in wallet and amount of
Rs.1, 000/- was deducted from my account and it show transaction successful, the amount got deducted from my account and i got a message
Stating that “thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxx for a
Purchase worth rs.1, 000 on pos00006264 at paytm in, txn #[protected]
I registered a complaint in sbi office and my complaint status is
(Ticket number : [protected]
Product/services : payment gateway related
Your complaint has been routed to branch:atm switch centre for immediate
Redressal.
Complaint status/resolution : under process)

And the amount has not been refunded to my account please help me.

purchase worth Rs.1, 000 on POS00006264 at Paytm IN, txn #[protected]
while there is no transaction history show in my paytm (pending/completed)
I registered a complaint in SBI office and my complaint status is
(Ticket Number : [protected]
Product/Services : Payment Gateway Related
Your Complaint has been routed to Branch:ATM SWITCH CENTRE for immediate
redressal.
Complaint Status/Resolution : Under Process )

And the amount has not been refunded to my account please Help me .
